RETURN POLICY<\/b><\/p>

As a general rule, the user has 14 calendar days from receipt of the merchandise to request its return, in accordance with current Spanish legislation (art. 44 Law 47\/2002). In addition, for the return to be considered valid and to proceed with the full refund, the product must be sealed and intact at the time of return (Royal Legislative Decree 1\/2007), and be returned in its original packaging, also intact. . In this way, for the return to be valid, the product must be properly packed in its original packaging, which will also be protected, avoiding the use of adhesive tapes that may disturb its condition.<\/span><\/p>

For an order to be returned, at least one of the following circumstances must occur:<\/span><\/p>

  • Wrong item, different from the one requested, or not corresponding to the descriptions provided on the Colossal Store web portal.<\/span><\/li>
  • Defective original product: when the item shows damage such as bumps, dents, breaks or visible cracks that compromise the original value of the purchased item.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

    In these cases, the user will have to notify the damage within a maximum period of 72 hours from receipt of the order.     All returns must be previously authorized from Colossal Store, which will evaluate on a case-by-case basis whether the request corresponds to any of the reasons provided in this return policy. From Colossal Store, the return will be confirmed if applicable or, alternatively, it will send a communication via email to the buyer user notifying the reasons that prevent the return.<\/span><\/p>

    The user undertakes to cover all direct costs derived from the return of the product, and to take precautionary measures aimed at keeping the merchandise in its original state during the transport process.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

    If the damages or incidents indicated by the user in their return request are confirmed, Colossal Store will validate the request and refund the full purchase amount through the same means of payment that the user used to complete the purchase.<\/span><\/p>

    Presales: cancellations and returns<\/b><\/p>

    Pre-sale items are reserved for distributors specifically based on product demand, and generate a firm purchase commitment from the customer. For this reason, the amount to be returned is conditioned based on the days that have passed since the purchase date:<\/span><\/p>

    • During the first 14 days: 100% of the total amount is returned.<\/span><\/li>
    • From 14 to 30 calendar days: 75% of the total amount is returned.<\/span><\/li>
    • More than 30 calendar days: 50% of the total amount is returned.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>
