RETURN POLICY
As a general rule, the user has 14 calendar days from receipt of the merchandise to request its return, in accordance with current Spanish legislation (art. 44 Law 47/2002). In addition, for the return to be considered valid and to proceed with the full refund, the product must be sealed and intact at the time of return (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007), and be returned in its original packaging, also intact. . All returns must be previously authorized from Colossal Store, which will evaluate on a case-by-case basis whether the request corresponds to any of the reasons provided in this return policy. From Colossal Store, the return will be confirmed if applicable or, alternatively, it will send a communication via email to the buyer user notifying the reasons that prevent the return.
The user undertakes to cover all direct costs derived from the return of the product, and to take precautionary measures aimed at keeping the merchandise in its original state during the transport process.
If the damages or incidents indicated by the user in their return request are confirmed, Colossal Store will validate the request and refund the full purchase amount through the same means of payment that the user used to complete the purchase.
