Prize Accumulation Policy

 

How does it work?

When participating in an online tournament, instead of paying the shipping cost we offer the possibility of saving the material offered as part of the tournament (participation, prizes...). This way, in the future you can receive all the accumulated material in a single shipment, saving the costs incurred (or even making it free, receiving your material together with a regular order!)

 

I have accumulated prizes in the past, how can I receive them?

We offer the following methods for you to receive your accumulated prizes:

  • Pickup in store: You can collect your accumulated prizes in person without any additional expense
  • Add to an order: During the payment process of an order, you can ask us in the additional information to send you your accumulated prizes. These will be added to your order for free!
  • Single shipment of material: If for some reason you only want us to send you the accumulated prizes, you can do so through the following product: https://www.colossalstore.es/tienda/eventos/envio-de-material-acumulado/ 
 
Why do I still need to enter my shipping details?

In the event that payment for an event ticket is made without registering an account, we need some way to identify the owner of the material so that it can be stored correctly. This shipping address is not final and the accumulated material may be sent to another address in the future.

 
How long do you store accumulated prizes?

We guarantee that prizes are stored for a period of six months from the last participation in an event that used the in-store pickup option. After this period, we cannot guarantee that the stored product will still be available for shipment.
